Return Policy

At Colors of Speed, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your order under the conditions described below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 30 days, without giving any reason.

The 30-day withdrawal period starts:

• on the day after you receive the last item of your order, or

• on the day you receive the first item of a subscription.

2. Conditions for Returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal provided that:

• the product has been shipped and received,

• the product is not custom-made or personalized,

• the product is not adapted to your specific needs,

• the purchase does not concern an urgent repair or service,

• you have not explicitly waived your right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by email:

You may use a withdrawal form if available on our website, but this is not mandatory.

4. Return Shipping

Returned products must be sent back within 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for proper packaging and shipment of the returned items.

5. Refunds

If the withdrawal is valid and the returned product is received in good condition:

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned product or after you provide proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• customized or personalized products,

• products made specifically according to customer specifications,

• services that have already been fully performed with the customer’s consent.
